Sometimes eBay pays off!! (Kennedy Collectors)

I bought a NGC 1966 MS66 Kennedy last year off of eBay for $48. I really liked the coin and sent it in to PCGS last month. The coin crossed and now sits in a PCGS slab.

Next month it goes back to PCGS for the “Varity Review”. I have seen and have a couple of 1966 SMS DDO (FS-103), but this is the first “Business Strike” one that I’ve owned (I think it is FS-101) and graded MS66:

To me, it is a keeper.

The coin has all of the characteristics that Dr. James Wiles attributed in his book as a (CML 5-0-III, FS-13.8). The Cherrypicker’s Guide list it as (CONECA 5-0-III) FS-50-1966-101. image
