It appears that assessment is rather generous.

NGS says it is so ,, so then, that is so what it is . Got It ?

MS-65 compared to what? Looks like about a cleaned VF to me.0
-
That's so bad that it makes ACG graded coins look good.

For those seeking the truth, the above pictured coin is listed in a third world slab called NGS (numismatic grading service). There is less than a half hour left and this coin is bid over thirty bucks on ebay.
Let's be fair and grade the coin now

Well sure that's a 65. He has a 100%.

<---------- Methinks that NGS has adopted the 100 grading scale unilaterally. Ergo MS-65 is a fair and accurate grade IMO!

Obviously buying the holder - rather than the coin - and with seven bidders who know absolutely nothing about what they are buying - deserve what they buy.
The seller should be - and from what Brandon mentioned has been - reported. The auction should be pulled along with private messages sent to all the buyers telling them why the auction was cancelled. These bidders would be better off paying the $30 plus - where this coin is at now - for a new grading book.0 -

LOL... too funny... If it wasn't such blatant misrepresentation of actual condition and grade, it'd be a lot funnier, though.0 -
Haven't you ever seen a very fine clean MS65?
Wow! NGS (huh?) missed that one by a mile..well, by two and a half dozen points or so anyway.
Nice find! <Grin>

Well, at least this one is worth melt....
...assuming the coin is real.0 -
If you ask me, NGS undergraded the coins. Seller should have submitted them to SGS .. guarantee MS70 grade for both."Bongo drive 1984 Lincoln that looks like old coin dug from ground."0
