    Either that person is just pretty damn lucky or is a professional grader who personally took the time to examine every one of those coins before submitting them.

    Looks like he knew what he was doing given that he now has a complete pr70dcam 2004 set

    Probably a reholder submission for a registry set pedigree. They were all in PCGS 70 holders when they went in.

    I think you must be right... maybe just sent in for crackout and TrueView. Otherwise, wouldn't the cert #'s be consecutive?
