Cracking Old ANACS Slabs

I read all the posts but they seem to be on the new holders. Can some
of you guys give me some hints on how to crack out the OLD ANACS slabs.
As always - thanks for your help.

Put it on its long edge and tap the edge on top a few times with a hammer... that should split the seam

bench vice: jaws along seams, squeeze until it pops, rotate 90 degrees, sqeeeze, slab opens like a book. (wear eye protection)

Take pliars, grip edge, press and twist, and pince off the edges around and away from the coin. Then lift out. Takes brute strength and a minute or two and it's safe.

The Baley way works best for me. You can wrap it one time with an old t-stirt before putting it in the vice. Crank till it pops.

I use the hammer method. Great for NGC too.
