Anyone deal with Eastern Numismatics?

I saw a coin on their website that I need, but have not heard of them before. Has anyone ever dealt with them before? There are no pics and I called and they said that instead of pics, they have a 30-day money back guarantee if you don't like the coin. The coin I'm after is pretty hard to find and there aren't many out there. It is PCGS certified.

    If you trust the return policy, the price is right and you don't mind the hassle of returning the coin if it doesn't have the right look, sounds okay to me.

    I've dealt with them in the early 80's. good company and service back then. I don't live far from them.

    Maybe they are mostly a B&M walk-in store and don't put pics on their website because it's not a big part of their business?

    They look like they have quite a few employees.

    if your not gonna offer pics on a coin $1,000 over greysheeet,, at least you should be curtious on the phone,,

    I've passed their store once but never went in. They did improve their website nicely but wished they had pics.

    In this age, a website needs pics when selling coins- there really isn't an excuse to not have that service for customers...

    Not when you are selling pricey coins, I agree. A dealer specializing in coins under $10 has obvious reasons not to do it (the expense and labor involved in doing it isn't justified by the return).

    I wish Dick Osburn had images on his site, though...
