Question about 1799 Bust dollar

Has anyone seen Bust dollars with a weakly struck eagle's head? I have one that has a nice Fine to Very Fine obverse, but the eagles head and a few of the stars are weak on the reverse.

Thanks, Ivan

This is a fairly common occurence of early coins.

I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

Thanks for the reply. So does one net grade due to weak strike or go by the better side. I have seen similar coins in PCGS slabs seemingly graded by the obverse side.
