Bidding problems on eBay last night

Anybody have any problems? Looks like a lot of sellers (myself included) took it on the chin as a result. All my auctions ended between 7:30 pm and 8:45 pm or so, and many were low.

yep....had quite a few watchers on some of my vam's and POOF......

not only that, I did a BIN and went looking through a bunch of other auctions that the seller had but when it came time to pay for the item....it wasn't in my "won" area on my profile....went back to the auction and had to BIN it again

I wasn't aware that there was a problem?....What time did eBay go down and for how long?

I had a few ending at that time as well!

It took me haf an hour to be able to make a purchase via Buy It Now. And, when I finally was able to do it, Paypal sent the seller my old address in the Channel Islands ... I had completely deleted that address from Paypal almost two years ago! I had to call the seller and talk them in to not sending the item to my old address.

addressed this in another post, but YES. My snipe didn't register. Cost me a dupe, cost the seller about 33% of his closing price. No big deal.

I saw the same problem with one of my listings. Luckily, there were a few snipers that must have imputted early, that helped a bit, but there was no regular bids in the last hour. I was a bit suprised, now I know why.
