Hey Russ, what is the chance that this would grade higher with NGC or PCGS. Are ICG graded coins pretty much on the numerical mark for grading?

I saw it on a home shopping channel last night. They had 2 coins stacked on top of each other. The no letter coin had a funny color on the edge. It wasn't the gold color like the outside of the coin.

Most likely, they would grade the same. But there is a chance some could go higher.

Since it's only graded MS63, maybe. ICG can't really screw up too bad at that level.
