I believe accepting offers after the auction is against ebay's rules...at some point they will be kicked off ebay for it

The way I read their message they are talking about while the auction is still open implying the offer is sent thru ebay. Most of their auctions are BIN OBO. This language probably should have been deleted from the referenced auction. But doesn't it sound like a used car deal??? "All non-insulting offers" is just a way to get you talking to them so they can work you for a deal.

I don't think that's Shawna, that's here replacement.
