Just got 2 rolls of OBW 1976 Quarters for $20....open or sell 'em

Just got lucky and bought 2 rolls of original OBW rolls of 1976-P quarters for face value. Should I open 'em or sell them on the bay? The end roll coins look mushy or weakly struck. What's the chances of finding GEMS?

    Exceedingly poor. Gems; about 1: 15, gems with fresh dies; ~ 1: 200
