For the purpose of clarification the original question was--- "Did you get signature confimation on the return package ?" His answer was "no I am out $43.00"
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Will’sProoflikes
you may watch his items very carefully, if he did get it, he will more than likely re-list it. if you returned it you must have SOME proof of this if you dont, you have now learned a $40 lesson, take joy in knowing that your $40 is still $10 less than my first lesson. which by the way was the old CW Brown out of louisiana i believe they are still in business as collector's internet, that they are still in business at all is very surprising.
You DID purchase Signature Confirmation, did you not? You MUST protect your backside from less than ethical sellers by making SURE they have to sign for your package, lest you have no leg to stand on!

Reminds me of a joke. You've heard of the Iowa farmer who was working on his tractor. It ran over his leg. He was rushed to the hospital and the doctor determined that his leg needed to be amputated. They rush him into the operating room. When he wakes up, he realizes they took off the wrong leg. Of course, back to the operating room to remove the original damaged leg. You'd think he'd bring a lawsuit against the doctor, but he couldn't. Why?

Since someone already mentioned getting a signature confirmation, I don't really have anything to add to this thread.
