Please Help...Question About Buffalo Nickels & "Old" Library of Coins Albums

I am putting together a collection of AU Buffalo Nickels...I really love the way they tone and would like to keep them in an album that would let them tone over time. Would the "old-time" Library of Coins album be a good choice? Any problem with PVC with these? If these are not a good choice, what would you suggest? Thank you...all advice is welcome and will be much appreciated !

I have a set of Morgans, Walkers and Jeffersons in these albums. I like them too. Unfortunately, I am not able to guarantee an answer to your question.

You need this type of coin board to get them to tone the way I believe you mean. You can find these on ebay fairly often. Boards for Buffalo Nickels do exist.

Thanks for that thought...I do know they are well known for toning Silver...I suppose they would also work well with Nickel. I do enjoy albums though...easier to carry around and store...

Remember, most anything that tones silver will tone copper and thus will tone Buffalo Nickels (being made of 75% copper).
