1836 50/00 Bust Half on ebay---Who is the lucky winner?

I wonder who paid up for this 1836 Bust Half. Check the diagnostics for the 50/00. The return policy states in capital letters

"MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS IN SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO REFUND IF NOT IN SAME CONDITION. BUYER PAYS SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR RETURN. SELLER WILL DEDUCT 10 PERCENT RESTOCK FEE."

ebay 1836 50/00? NOT

When I emailed the seller telling him his coin was not the 50/00, he again responded in all capitals. He wrote

"ACCORDING TO MY COIN BOOK IT IS. AA"

I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

Interesting. He doesn't look like a coin dealer but he sure knows his varities. image

Ebay is an odd place. How about running a business when you sell hundreds of post cards. What are the margins on something like that?

What a ridiculous answer to send you.
Imagine if the buyer returns the coin and this seller claims its condition has changed...
I guess this is just another example Mozin of why you should buy the book before the coin.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
