1964 Half AH - New Purchase - question
Sorry for the size of the picture and the fuzz, but I just picked up this AH, and it has a copper color spot on the head. It appears to be part of the coin, could it be a flaw or a double error or just something that needs to be taken off? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

It's a milk spot, and it's permanent.

It's really only a major problem on late 50's/early 60's proof sets and business strike SAE's.
