Need a hand with another large cent

Can anyone on the board attribute this 1837? Sorry...I couldn't get any better photos of the coin.

All 1837 large cents are identified by die cracks distinctive only to the coin in question.
No die cracks are visible in the photos.

    Obverse attributes seen are----
    Plain hair cords.
Lower curl very thick reaching beyond left center of 7.
IB leans left and bases touch as do ER.

    Reverse attributes----
    letters of legend are large.
All three A's are reworked on inner right foot.
Line under Cent weak and fading to the left.
Left pendant of T broken as is both bottom serifs.
    N leaning left.

Final confirmation--look for obverse die crack through 3rd and 4th star reaching to rim at both ends.
On reverse look for a die crack joining ER and running over RICA to rim at both ends.

If so then Newcomb 15 with reverse J and very scarce in upper mid grade as photo shows.
