2006 W Gold Unc MS70 prices.

There are no prices for the $10 and $25 coins. I have one of each in -70. Anyone see any of these on ebay recently?

I think the $25 is $800 + and the $5 is around $400

Thanks to all. I was actually referring to the PCGS's Price Guide. There are no entries for these two even though some are selling...maybe not enough info yet for them to pick a value.

Note that Gainsville is all out of Platinum.

That says something.

These guys are the NGC MS70 ER $50 Gold Buffalo Machine.

They have been running a three-day, one coin per hour auction 12 hours a day since early January.

The 1/2 OZ $25 W gold in PCGS MS70 are $950ish. NGC is another matter.

This 1/10th oz. $5 AGE Unc was purchased for $85 just 2 months ago, give or take.

I've been trending them, sorta. Here's my estimates, but I may have missed some data in the past week:

1/4 oz.

NGC-70...............$445.00
PCGS-70..............$520.00

1/2 oz.

NGC-70..............$710.00

Link to the latest eBay auction for a 1/2 oz. $10 AGE Unc.....PCGS graded MS69

The fractionals are really starting to command premium $$$$$$

The 1oz. is still a break even proposition at MS69.

This 1/2 oz. could have been bought for $375 just several weeks ago from the Mint.......MS70's are going to be big bucks soon, IMHO!!!

Anyone know which fractional is the key in this set?????

In the whole series, the 2001 1/2 oz. Proof could be considered a key at 23,261 mintage, unless you figure that the 1991 1/2 oz. Unc. might be harder to obtain in high condition, with a mintage of 24,100.

The other low mintage coins would include the 2001 1/4 oz. Proof with a mintage of 25,630 and the 2001 1 oz. Proof with a mintage of 24,568.

Some of the earlier dates in the Unc. 1/4 oz. and 1/2 oz. might be tough in high grades, also.

Overall, I would rate the 2006 1 oz. RP as the Key, and the 1/4 oz. and 1/2 oz. 2006-W Uncs as semi-keys.

The jury is still out, because who knows what the Mint will do next week.
