1823 bust half Ugly three??

I picked this bust up recently because of the three. I need an ugly three for my set, this appears to be the right die, definitely not the perfect three, but also not to the stage of the ugly three, has the outline of the crack that would lead to the ugly 3. I guess this would be an intermediate stage, any opinions. Also has a nice doulbe profile which is common for this date
Thank you

That is a really really interesting coin. It looks like an intermediate step between the O-110 and the O-110a.
Let me go find my Overton and check some of the plates before I opine further. I hope some nuts see this and jump in.
And don't expect too much response to this question---too many members deciding if they love their dog more than their mother or their coins or some other ridiculous questions on the main board.
Why respond to a coin related post???
