First Day of Issue for Prez Proofs?

Does anyone know if PCGS is planning on labeling the Proof Prez Dollars "First day of Issue" or using some other special insert? I know in a previous post Ron said that PCGS was considering it but had no plans yet, is this still the case?

I just re-read the post today and it states they were considering it. It would be nice to have that designation.

I think that would be a nice presentation if PCGS slabbed them like they did the Uncs.
