Do the grading services limit the amount of time graders spend looking at coins?

This is a serious question. I suspect that the amount of glare a grader's eyes would be subjected to would be considerable, especially if grading things like modern proofs. What safeguards are in place to protect the grader's sight over a period of time?

Even though I love the coins, being a professional grader is not a job that I would want to have. I think I would tire very quickly of the process.

Graders are required to wear sun glasses to protect their eyesight.

Sometimes, from what I have seen in slabs, I think they wear welding helmets.
