Without the edge lettering, the planchet is identical to and indistinguishable from the ones used for the Sacagawea dollar coin. Blank Sacagawea planchets have been available since 2000 and typically bring $75 or so at auction.

I think both sides of the coin are blank and the head is just for comparison.
