1965 Topps Lou Brock PSA 10 for sale (1 of 1)

Fellow 65 collectors,

I was lucky enough to just pull the first PSA 10 1965 Topps Lou Brock! I don't have an asking price because I am not sure what to ask, but I would entertain any serious offers.

If you would like to see a scan of the card, or make an offer, please email me at machemehl@insight.rr.com.

Thanks,
Mike

You might want to contact the DUKE, he has great insight on the 1965 set. I think he had a few HOF PSA 10's and can help you on a value.

    Mac,
I am not sure when you pulled this, but Lelands sold one in 2004.

Correction, the post should say pop 1 of 2 instead of 1 of 1. Mine posted last week but I guess I didn't give the population report enough time to update and catch mine.

So you didn't check the pop report before you submitted?
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

    mike,
whether it is 1/1 or 1/2 that still is a sweet submission. good luck with your plans. you could always sell it through an auction house. with a card like that you can negotiate no sellers commission.

that brock card while difficult to find in 10 has about 50 PSA 9's. for a high number card that seems a lot regardless that the player was a super star.

let me know when you are ready to part with some of those 1966 10's. i would be a very interested buyer!

That is awesome. If you decide to consign it to a major auction house, I have a great connection with a very low fee. You can email me at shaneleo@aol.com and I will give you the skinny. If you know what that card brought as a pop of 1 with Lelands, at least you have an idea of what the value might be. I would try to sell it directly to one of the big 1966 buyers first. If that does not work, I would consign it.
