Question For The Error/Variety Experts Here Regarding A Kennedy

I went through half a bag of 2000P's mostly for grins, but also to substantiate that I have no life. That havng been said, I came across 19 of these halves each struck with what appears to have been something adhering to the obverse die causing an indentation behind Kennedy's head and neck effecting a large area of the coin's surface.
OK, what do I have?
I apologize for the pic, but you get the basic idea.

Not judging by the first two responses. I'm already calling the Ferrari dealership and cancelling the order

Hmmmm. just checked the reverse, and sure enough, there's a similar surface disturbance along the right wing of the eagle
