Need some large cent attribution help

Can anyone tell me the die variety of this 1838 large cent. I've looked at the coins in the Heritage archives, but can't seem to match it up.

From the photo your coin is a Newcomb 7 (N7) reverse G.
Best known for a weak or missing curl above the 8 and with the 1 doubled on the right.
The reverse center dot will have several tiny dots nearby and seen better to the NW and SW.
Finally, look for an engravers tool mark from F to tip of leaf just under.
This obverse die was also used on the Newcomb10 but with reverse I.
It is very common in all grades except MS and AU.
The coin appears to be slightly less than middle grade but that is your call.

pb2y is right on target. I checked Wright's book, and it's definitely N-7.
