Yay me!
I noticed that the teller had a tray full of them...I asked him if they had much success giving them away. He told me that interest was pretty minimal and that the majority of customers didnt know, or care about them.
I casually, but in a louder than normal voice inquired if he had found any of the "smooth edged errors" His ears, and everyone elses perked up. I explained them and stated, "they are selling for big bucks on ebay"
One customer asked me how much, another how rare, and all the tellers started checking their trays
EVERY single customer in line asked for single coins or rolls while I was there.
If the mint wants, they can send me a check and I will continue to promote their shoddy wears at all my local bank branches.
