What would you do if a seller threatened to stalk your auctions?

I stupidly bought some DVD's from China on my seller account and they turned out to be bootlegs that half of them were broken.. In my squabble with the seller, who's account is now suspended (and registered in the US mind you, but sends his stuff from China), told me in a rather coy way "I will give you a partial refund but maybe I can buy some coins from you under another name". So if I get someone who starts buying from me under a different name or god forbid multiple accounts then what kind of recourse would I have?

block him so he can't bid on your auctions.

Block his account and report him to eBay; forward or send copies of the threatening e-mails to eBay!

He might be able to set up new accounts but eBay should be able to block account setup from his IP address.

He just might end up being an unknowing shill bidder for you image he could drive up the auction price and if he wins and doesn't pay you just sell to the second highest bidder image
