  strike doubling, not DDO, but die cracks on head.

  Sorry to say...
  die erosion/abrasion doubling
  and a common cracked head variety die crack.....no premium on this one.

  Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

  Die abrasion doubling-just like the 1955 "poorman's" doubled die.

  What JRocco said- die erosion/abrasion doubling.
  
  For those that say strike doubling, see if you can come up with a die shift/rotation to produce that type of secondary image.
