link Is this something that is fairly common?It appears that the image was pushed into the back of the coin.

    the dealer i work for has one of these on a belt buckle. the thing has sat in his case for a long time. it looks cool, though.

    edited to add: if it goes for a lot, i'll have to throw it up on ebay!

    These pushed-out or punched-out coins aren't that scarce, but are most often found on Barber half dollars and Barber quarters. I have seen these, and varieties of these, on Morgan and Peace dollars, SLQs, WLHs and Kennedy half dollars. Often, they come with a pinback to wear.
