  according to the description, it is a circulated copper proof six cent coin. only a handful made!
  I hope that bidder didn't confuse it with the 1977 nickel proof six cent coin, which has the cent inside of the proof nickel, those are very common. Somebody should ask the seller for a photo of the reverse to see if the nickel has full steps.
