  sometimes you can just tell, check feedback and how many
  items won in the last couple weeks, it's obvious.

  I can't file a npb alert yet, what a great way for people to scam
  on ebay!! they have a window of so many days to do damage
  before getting booted. I love EBAY....

  well I called ebay and let them know. if I'm wrong great, but this person
  has won over 200 auctions in the last few weeks and has not gotten
  feedback for any of them.
  
  should just be a few more days until people complete non-paying
  bidder alerts.
  
  I think he's trying to get e-mail adds from people and hack into
  whatever he can, like the one feedback states.
  
  we received a fbishing e-mail today that we have never gotten before,
  said I sold an item, congrats. sony electronic item, we don't sell them.
