NewPS: 1924 St Gaudens.....Grade opinions please.

I pick this up raw at a local shop. I think it is really nice. Some light pink toning in some areas and som darker toning near the date. Grade opinions please.........

    1924 is a very common date Saint Gaudens $20-more than a million are believed to have been saved from the melting pots.

    From the image, the coin appears to have luster, but there are luster breaks and a number of hits on the legs. Above the date, there appears to be hairlines that might be an attempt to clean/remove the discoloration. The reverse looks a bit “scruffy,” but free of any major hits. The lighting may be exacerbating the hairlines and scruffy look.

    I think the coin has MS61 details, but may be body bagged at PCGS. At a price around melt, it is a nice coin to own.
