  65 would sure be nice. I will say I see 65s that look worse....This coin is NGC 64.
  
  Although this coin has a high mintage...there are only about 400 coins graded above 64 from pcgs/ngc. Not easy to find a gem. I feel pretty good about adding this one to my collection, and it is clean enough with good enough luster to MAYBE get it in to a 65 holder.

  I agree it looks like a strong 63. Strike is good but looks like acne on the nose? Maybe it's the pic.

  Has some hits on the obverse. Is that pitting or toning on the nose.
  
  If it's tone I say 64
  if it's pitting 63

  This ones defineatly not without issues, but fewer than most 22s. Like I said, only about 400 coins above 64, which is a pretty low number for mintage of 17mil.
  
  This one is in a NGC 64 holder...and I think it is a strong 64 if you compare it to alot of the rats out there.
