Depends on the 2007 mintage. If the mint decides to mint 1 million of the 2007 ASE W and thereafter than I can see them going up in value. However if the mint decides to mint 200,000 of the 07 W I don't think it will go up in value more than it is now. The 06 mintage I believe was around 470,000.
Anyone want to take a guess at the price of a PCGS "First Strike" 20th Anniversary MS69.......in Feb 2008.......and I know how most of you feel about the so called "First Strike" label......and I feel the same way.......but you cant even compare it to the regular 2006-W, even though its the same coin.......anyone ?
6 months my guess is $150, 1 year assuming they mint a million or more of the 2007, $200
Also I think the low mintage was a fluke event on the mint's part and won't be repeated. I think they'll be prepared for demand this year since the more they sell, the more they make.

The first strike label has been around for awhile. Why all of the recent animosity?
I think that the 70 in a NGC holder will sell for more in the long run, I know it is hard to tell the difference from a 70 and a 69 but you can in the price. and the lable just add's $$ to it.. $490 in 69 First strike / 900.00 and up in 70. They are geting PCGS 69 and sending it across the street and geting a 70. for now 380+ in the lone run 900+ in a NGC. PCGS Is #1 in my book just wished they put 70 on that holder. if they did the sky is the limit.

Would it be acceptable to anyone here if PCGS was to grade the 2006-W eagle ms70, but put a limit of say $200 on their liability if the coin spotted in the holder?

Nope, because that would limit the price on the MS69 as well.
I just got mine in today and listed it on Ebay... a single one, still sealed in the box. It went for $89.00 BIN in less than 2 hours! I wish I had asked for more now. Ahwell, I'm not going to complain.

This is the calm before the storm Keep an eye on it
I got $360 for ASE Anniversary Sets sealed in mint box. I priced them high not really wanting to sell, but would for the right price. I think the purchaser sent them right to PCGS for the Anniversary designation.
Comments
that the coin will be higher, lower or
unchanged.

IMO, these coins will be in the $200 range, but what do I know.
