    LOL.... I'm just glad whoever is grading that garbage doesn't work for PSE, PF, or even the APS.

    The guy has 99.9% favorable feedback.

    It is interesting that he calls stamps XF-Superb (90 to 95), when the perforations actually go onto the design. Even in Scott's valuing supplement, those stamps would be about a 60.

    Very stange. My guess is that the Scott's value is probably more than the selling price of the collection (particularly if you accept his opinion of condition), so the buyers don't complain. With a deal like this one and private bidding, if one were suspicious one could wonder whether there is some "shilling" going on here.

    Hate to be the person who winds up with this. Quoting CV really has little meaning unless you can easily sell it for those prices. It always sounds good to someone with little experience.
