Someones trying to pull a scam with one of my ended auctions!*Updated*

Subguy571 is a member here. He contacted me to let me know he knew it was a scam. Problem solved.
so this auction ended last saturday.

today i get an email from a person thru ebay telling me that this set is being offered to him on 2nd chance for $750, but i cant respond to his message to tell him its bogus. help.
If SUBGUY571 is a member here, do not take the offer.

The real solution would have been to discontinue the second chance offer. They are such a haven for scammers that just about no legitimate seller uses them anyway.

I've only used it once. When a buyer tried to pull a fast one with a coin I sold him.

So, if he clicked on one of your current listings and asked the same question about a ended item then you could respond. But if a person clicks on an ended item to ask a seller a question then you can't respond. That's just great. The legitimate seller gets locked out of the loop so he can't help in thwarting a scam attempt like this.
