Is this a bag toned lincoln?

I have had this for several years and always assumed it was bag toning.I don't know if you can tell by the pic,but it has an untoned area where another coin possibly sat on top of it in a mint bag.I bought it raw for $1 and later had it graded.It is in an ANACS 65 holder.
