Is this Ebayer offering My Aaron card?

This appears to be my card this Ebayer is offering. Do you agree and if so is there anyway I can warn the bidders?

Thanks, Mike

Different cards. Yours has a nick just a little down from the top left corner in the left border that the one on ebay doesn't have.

I have to disagree with you jimq112. Those look to be the same to me.

I just asked the seller what number his card is. Lets see if he answers
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Hard to believe the two sigs could match up that well and not be the same card.

Maybe he just "borrowed" the picture, and is actually selling
    another card.

His FB looks reliable, but there is not much longevity there.

The cards look the same to me.

I think I changed my mind, I was looking at the edges of the card and not the GU part. If he is scamming it's scary, some big $$ items in his
165 current auctions! Kind of a lot of auctions for a guy with 100 feedbacks.

Look closely at his auctions, specifically the pictures. Many of them are digital pictures (not scans) taken with a wooden table in the background. Others are a mix of various scans and other pictures. Why aren't they all the same? Don't most sellers either use a scanner or a camera, and not some combination of both?

    I'm just saying...

That will get him suspended from eBay for auction interference. Yes, contact eBay. No, do not contact bidders--

    I have no inside info.

I think the guy simply "borrowed" some pix.
I think he actually has cards for sale, LIKE the
    ones in the pictures.

It is not reasonable that the seller would mess
up his biz to sell a few imaginary cards. He has
obviously been doing OK selling actual cards.

The last time I complained about somebody
stealing my pictures, T&S asked me to prove
    they were mine.

Yet another reason why you should never post pictures of expensive cards without some type of watermark, name, or PSA number covered.

    What a shame.

I would say they are the same, based on the patch included. Would not think you could have exact same cut of patch on two different cards. How would this person though get a picture of your card. Did you recently purchase it of Ebay??

I did a comparison in Photoshop by pasting one image over the other, and then making it slightly transparent.

The sigs and the patches are perfect matches.

BTW, Mike: You need a better scanner... image

    Yes,
exactly the same card. Not only are the signatures and the plastic holder identical, but the shadows behind the plastic holder are even identical.

Still no answer from this seller as to the number on the card. I guess if enough people report this item to Ebay, maybe they'll boot it...

    Right...

So if I walk into corporate leasing office, and report that one of their lessees is selling stolen goods - even going so far as to show them proof - that they are not party to a crime?

    Wow...

Where's Ebay's legal department located? New Jersey?

Mike- So lame, ebay just wants his fees, likely is racking up a HUGE bill with the ending prices and paypal fees... Ebay is making a killing off of him.
