Anyone know what this coin really is?

Doing the new registry (yeah yeah yeah....I am just now getting around to it) and I see this coin listed in our lists, yet I can't find the number anywhere in my records and don't know what coin it would be (anyone know? Any pictures?)
It showed up as a "Coin that does not fit any of my sets"...

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Probably a error from the start up. I had a 20 gold show up I just deleted it. Who ever really owns it will input when they realize there set is short.
Found the problem....a 1 number typo. Since the coin "exists" with the typo, it didn't kick it out (I was bulk adding a week ago), and I didn't catch it.
Fixing the registry now and adding pics as I have them for some. Deleting set sold, adding coins to son's sets, etc.
