ASE Reverse Proofs And First Strike Mania - Questions!

Two questions:
1) On the completed eBay listings for PCGS PR70 RPs, one BIN with the First Strike label sold for $1,450, while it's sister coin without the FS designation went for $909.99. I thought the FS thing was just a fad or gimmick as some people have suggested. In this case, unless it was an aberration, the one buyer paid a $500 premium for the label. The question: now that PCGS is putting this FS on the holders, will they include them in the pop reports? If the supposition is that they are "scarce" and a premium coin, it seems they should. I wonder if they have been keeping track of how many labels have this attribution?
2) In the pop reports for the above coin, it shows a PRDC with only one given that grade in PRDC69. What is this? For a DCAM on a RP, does that mean the field has to exhibit strong frosty appearance while the devices are ultra shiny?

Ex: a 1994 MS SAE has a coin number of 9876 with pops of 2,412 in MS69
Add an 8 to 9876 (89876) and key it into the "Lookup by PCGS No:" box and you'll see the First Strike Numbers which are a subset of the regular pops. Of the 2,412 MS69 1994 SAE's, 408 of them are First Strike variety coins.
As for the PR69 DCAM Rev Proof, that has been discussed before on this board and many believe that it is a mechanical error as PCGS has stated that the Reverse Proof coins will NOT receive a CAM or DCAM designation. Perhaps a question on the Q & A board is in order??

The 8 in front of the coin number works for most of the coins in this series, however when you start getting into the 1999 - 2004 Series things get a little goofy!
For example, coin number 9947 is the 1999 SAE, but coin 89947 is the Lance Armstrong Edition. Coin 99947 is the First Strike number.
Here is what I have so far:

Total ASE Reverse Proof 799977 graded equal 8639
Therefore there are less than 3% of all ASE Anniversary Reverse Proofs graded by PCGS as PR70

Thats not accurate. Your calculations assume that all 250,000 RP SAEs were sent to PCGS. They were not.
You need to get the number of RP 70s divide that by the number of RPs sent to PCGS.
