So I was on my way to a coin deal yesterday and on the way who calls me? But some guy from Heritage as they had gotten wind of this thread. The man was very apologetic and seemed concerened and committed to get to the reason why the coins were not shipped in almost a month. I told him I was impressed that he made the effort to call and it sure went a long way to demonstrating their concern.
