That appears to be the source of the glare below the date, to the left of the motto and right above her head.

Check your ISO setting and make sure it isn't AUTO. Set it to 100 or lower if you can.
Go to Manual and raise your shutter speed.
Go to Aperture Priority mode and raise the aperture to a higher number.
Anyway, check your shot settings if they are in manual. For instance if your EXIF shows your auto settings are 200 shutter and 5 aperature, Go to manual settings and bump both up a bit.
You're almost there and in fact your shot is pretty good. Just the bright spots I think are what you're looking to reduce.
