PCGS label Error

So, I am pretty new to this (so please don't attack me too harshly if this post is lame and/or boring). I just got back an order I sent in a couple weeks ago.

Among other coins I submitted 10 2006-W Silver Eagles and 2 2005-W silver eagles.

To my surprise all 12 coins came back labeled 2006-W. I had them on a separate line with different PCGS coin numbers on the submission form, but at some point they split my order and they filled out 2 submission forms that combined them all together as 12 2006-W's.

I doubt it is worth sending them back to have it corrected, but I found it interesting and wondered if this has happened to anyone else.

I attached a picture of one of them (hopefully I attached it correctly anyway).

That's not the only error on the label. They also put some kind of funky neon yellow strip where the cert number is supposed to be.

Send them back as they are labeled wronge. May not mean much now but later if you want to sell it will.
    Considered a mechanical error.

I'm just kinda curious, Why do people block out the cert Numbers?

Usually the stated purpose is so that no one else can use the coin for their registry set.

I was curious about that too, but did not want to ask at the risk of receiving more ridicule from Russ. I just did it because that is what everybody else seemed to be doing and I succumbed to peer pressure.

On the block out issue. It is no longer reguired if you put the cert. number in your inventory now. It does not have to be in a set just in your inventory.
If some one trys to use it they will get a in use message.

But be sure to delete it when you sell.image otherwise BJ will send you a nasty gram.
