Magnifing glasses

Oh so many times I've seen posts about where to buy a good magnifier for coins. Or microscope, camera attachments, etc for coin photography. I don't know how much of distribution the following place has but over last weekend I visited a store here in the Chicago area called American Science & Surplus. All I can say is WOW. Virtually hundreds of differnt types of magnifiers in thier Optics department. Numerous microscopes, camera attachements for them, magnifiers with lights, stands, large ones with little ones built in, made of glass, etc. If interested in a catatlog try them at www.sciplus.com, toll free number 888-724-7587 or fax 800-934-0722. Mainly I liked their prices. Lower than any place I've found so far.

Sounds like just the ticket for someone interested in examining a gold and diamond lady's bracelet, as well.
