another ebay seller scam

a few days ago someone posted a thread about an item on ebay (as I recall it was a PCGS MS64 RB 1909 S VDB Lincoln) that was very cheap. The sellers name was vegasbartender. I've been monitering his auctions for the past few days and from the looks of it he is the run-of-the-mill ebay scammer. He has been listing the exact same 3 coins repeatedly (1909 S VDB Lincoln PCGS MS64, 1929 D Buff PCGS MS65, and 1906 S $20 PCGS MS63.

I doesn't like good. He has sold the same 1909-S V.D.B. twice. Once to one of our board members.image

How long could someone possibly operate these scams? I would not think very long. And how would you maintain a 100% feedback rating? Am I missing something?

he only has a feedback rating of 41. A lot of times people will work up a moderate feedback score to look legitamate before they actually begin a scam
