I saw this listing last night, and I thought it looked awfully cheap. I took a couple of minutes to do a quick check of compelted auction prices realized, and someone else swooped in and hit the Buy It Now.
Raw 1927 Vermont commemorative for $139
Even if it winds up an AU it should be worth around $200. I picked up a beat-up XF for my raw set and even that cost me almost $100.

Chicolini: Mint? No, no, I no like a mint. Uh - what other flavor you got?
Im not sure if you could get $200 if it did grade AU. I just sold a very nice, blast white, Vermont in PCGS MS62 on ebay for about $205.00. I personally think it was undergraded too. I think a coin like that would be money better spent.
