    I stepped up my buying last week.

    Reason for rise? Simple: India is putting together a ETF, ITF in silver (or whaterver they call those investment vehicles in silver). They are buying up all the silver for the investment fund.

    This "pop" will last a month or so. Longer? I doubt it. But very long term looks solid.
