  I'm not sure, but I think you have to subscribe to the pops or be a "member", BUT, if you look at a top reg. set in that series, you can probably get the info you are looking for.

  To get all that information you need to buy a PCGS Population Report for $19.00. You might find some of the information free at Hertiage Auctions.

  I haven't looked at the POP reprort but unless they are for the very low mintages they don't matter since there's a ton to be graded if one ever takes off. JMO

  Here's the "cheapskate" way to get PCGS pops. Find a Registry set that has the coin in question listed. You can then get the pop of the coin you want, plus the number higher.
  
  For example, this guy's set has pretty much everything you need for Proof Commem Gold. (Was that what you were looking for? You said $5 & $10...) On that one page you get all of the 69 pops, plus all of the 70 pops.
  
  Finding other Reg Sets that you need is similarly simple.
