Even though this is a tough weekend for me, cuz mom is at home in aridzona and I'm in LaLa land- I can make the Thu - Friday session, but will be home for the weekend- gotta spend Valentines day (late) with my sexy lil babe, and my dogs.

Pick a time to meet for a sodie pop or a mug o beer and I'll be there.

As usual, I will drive up for the Friday session. Hope to see some VAMmers at the NSDR meeting at 2pm. It almost always gets highjacked into an SSDC meeting after Al Johnbrier does his discussion.

Coxe- I'm hoping to make one of the meetings so *I can join up this year. I'm probably going to bring some of my unattributed, but in the PCGS holder Vam's for the fun of seeing if I got it right.

Is anyone up for a lunch or after show beer- I gave up the hard stuff finally and am into the O'gouls stage.

If anyone is flying in, and you are only going to the coin show and to the Queen Mary and Acquarium area, you may be able to avoid the rental car and parking costs entirely if cab - I think you can get a special $19 each way rate with Yellow. You do not want to get lost around the airport, as a wrong turn can take you into some very industrial and tough neighborhoods. The area at the convention center is not too bad.

It's about 6 miles or so. Taxicab fare is about $17.

I'd like to go on Thursday, but usually I get so busy with work that it's Saturday or nothing.

If I bring my daughter with me, I'll have to beware of the salty language used by some forum members around the lunch table.

There are not that many dealers stocking 2006 mint products, so only bring it to sell if you are willing to take a low wholesale offer, one that may look to flip it on Ebay if they can't retail it at the show. You'll get better money for that kind of item, on the BST board or Ebay, probably 25% to 50% better.
