US Mint 2000 Millennium Set
Here's a snap of my 2000 Millennium Set. I am SOOOO Tempted to crack this out and grade the Sac because it looks real good. Real good.
Even though this picture shows a streak through the word "Liberty" it does not appear on the coin. It was just flash reflecting off the plastic. I photographed this set 100x and this was the best I could come up with at night in the lighting I had. The Sac is a GREAT Strike, something you don't see a lot of on these things. I bought it unopened a long time ago. It was still sealed in the Mint cellophane and still in the mint package.
It was tough to photograph a Silver Eagle and a Sac in the same frame. I'm not happy with this photo but it's the best I could pull tonight.

I searched a lot of these sets years ago and you are right. They are really hard to find above MS67. This coin looks like it could make MS68 and be worth some real cash.
Go for it!
As for the unburnished Mill. Sac's I have always wondered why anyone would pay extra for these. All they are saying is that the coin looks like all the regular ones that went into circulation. So it is a normal coin, who cares???
<< <i>That Sac, from the obverse looks MS68 to me. If it were mine I would send it in as well. Does PCGS differentiate between 2000-D Sac and Milleniums? The POP reports just show 2000-D. >>
Check the price guide for the millenium set SAC, where they are seperated.
Population 341-ms67 61-ms68, 1-ms69
Problem is I want a Millennium Set intact in the original packaging. I got this for like $25 or something and now that seems like a downpayment on one.
Even if it came back a 68 or 69 I'd just keep it anyway. What's the point?

Never view my other linked pages. They aren't coin related.
What are they worth though????? I also have the complete set graded slabbed at pr69's.
Didn't want to distroy the package to spend money on grading if not worth it.
Millertime
Complete Dime Set
At least that is what these old eyes are seeing.
So keeping it as is might be a better road to take.
