Similar to Capt Henway, I graduated from the Michigan Business School. Therefore, I will not post a red or gray coin. But I will congratulate DickyBetz on his acceptance into the Big Ten school of his choice! And wish him 4 years of losing to the Maize and Blue!

Be careful about slacking off. I am on the admissions committee at the University of Florida and every year we revoke admissions for students who did lousy their last semester. All of our admissions are conditional on the final semester's grades. I presume Ohio State's admissions are similar. And, Ohio State is a fine school. In my field, macroeconomics, Ohio State is VERY good. Of course, Ohio State isn't quite as good at football as they once thought they were a few weeks ago...

Dicky, congratulations! The Ohio State University has much to offer a student -- seek and ye shall find.
FYI, both the University of Michigan and University of Florida owe a significant debt to Ohio State football:
* Two of Michigan's last three head football coaches were Ohio State graduates* Florida's head football coach is an Ohio State graduate* Florida's two national championships both are courtesy of Ohio State
Cool, a brother and a sister of mine graduated from OSU. As well as Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
I use to hang-out on the OSU campus back in the late 80`s and early 90`s. It`s pretty cool and got kinda wild during " Greek Week " ( which I never participated in ) on fraternity row on 15th ave.
If you stay on campus, try to avoid the Chittenden Ave area. It`s a rundown crime area. Try looking for a place at least a block or two of Chittenden Ave if you can. Look out for panhandlers on High Street. There are a bunch of them.
Want to know the where the best pizza palor is? It`s Adriatico's New York Style! Mega Yum! Worthy of a try with friends as you won`t go hungry and last I was there, which was about 3 or 4 years ago, still tasted great. Located at 265 W 11TH Ave Columbus, OH 43201-2356 and is almost a hole in the wall. But, the pizza is pretty good.

Awesome. As you move onto the next stage in life enjoy every minute of it and learn all you can. College for most of us is a wonderful time and you are going to a great school that you chose. Not all can say that either.
Congratulations on being accepted into college, but why Ohio State? Unless you're there for their sports programs...
