Hmmm.........I live about 20-30 minutes from Utica, they had a really bad twister there a couple yrs. ago that nearly wiped out the entire downtown area.

Oh, wow. I had forgotten all about that one. The board kind of collectively forgave him really quickly, too. He sweetened up, but he was not very gracious there for a while! I am sorry to hear you are having problems with him (or anyone).

2 years and waiting. I don't think the weather or flu or anything like that is warrant for that kind of delay.

Why does this board allow idiots to prosper??? Ok he has done some good deals, but when any bad deals are done with board members we should all stand up and recognize smucks for what they are. They twist stories and try to defer blame, but the bottom line is they screwed people and others should be warned about dealing with them.

Any legit person will work hard to make something right. Every board member will give some leeway to allow someone to make it right. This has been done in all these cases BEFORE going to the boards to warn others.

If you keep denying it, then you deserve to get screwed.

Remember when I outed him about a year ago? IT took me over 6 months to get a refund on a coin that wasn't as described, a GSA CC Morgan. He kept sending other bad coins instead. That and BS stories. He said he sent a coin which never arrived. Said he sent it insured, couldn't provide a receipt, etc. After 3 weeks stated he didn't send it insured because he never had a problem with the mail. In a posting, he said he ALWAYS used delivery confirmation and insurance,registration. Yet, he told me after it didn't get here, he never used that stuff. Look up his postings and see where he said that.

The way I got my money back was he sent me a sealed box, stating he contained an unopened CC Morgan. He wanted me to sell it on E-bay and keep what he owed me and send him the rest. I did that. I got enough to send him $200. BUT, the buyer stated he opened it and it was an IKE dollar!!!! O

I had no way to prove what was in the box and the buyer seemed a little shady, long story, but, he agreed it was a gamble and would move on. What was really in the box? I'll never know. I left positive feedback for the buyer.

I posted all about this on the boards. It wsa VERY long and people complained ebcause I had ALL the details of our transaction so people could see what was really going on. Then, another board member chimed in. He said I bought a Kennedy from him and he sent it but I never got it. I'm still waiting. He refunded my money, about $30 I believe, then blocked me from bidding on his auctions. I paid for insurance from him, but, he also didn't send it insured. I was never negative with him and we both were polite to each other in our communications. He and Harlod attacked me but the thread was removed by the moderator and I never got to see what they said. Mark helped me settle the situation. Both he and Segoja helped me and told me of more horror stories about him and to stay away. It was too late. Also, the thread was killed so others never got a chance to read it. How many still remember?

Here are a couple others that had bad dealings with him that I know of: 66Tbird, agentjim007. If you need his address, let me know. GOOD LUCK, WITH HIM, YOU"LL NEED IT!!!!

I chimed in because you seem to never receive packages that are not insured (Hmmm). I was not conspiring with him - Don't even know him.

Your package was not insured because you added it in "Misc Credit/Debits" section of your Paypal payment which does NOT show up on the packing slip when printed from their website. Regardless I made it right almost immediately. You are blocked cause I have heard you complain about not receiving OTHER uninsured packages from other people...This does not sit right with me.

Now that you mention it, I do have a vague recollection of all that, but the story did get polluted with other tangents, sidetracks, and mishaps. I do not believe the message was loud and clear and that there were others victimized.

I have dealt with him before and I wouldn't do so again. The coin he was selling was misrepresented. Although I got results in my favor ultimately, it sure wasn't a positive experience.

This thread isn't about me. Out of the 900 feedback I have left, 18 were negatives. Of those 18 negs, they have a combined negatives of 634 left for them. That's an average of 35 negatives for each person. What does that say about whom I have had the unfortunate experiences with? Most are positive experiences and I have left proper feedback. I leave negatives to warn others because of bad deals. I always try to work them out before leaving feedback.
